Privacy

My Keiko respects your privacy and takes care to safeguard personal information you provide to us. Information provided by you to My Keiko ABN 47 745 678 962 will be used to process your order and ascertain customer satisfaction in relation to this service. All information from customers will be kept strictly confidential. My Keiko may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with your order.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged through the delivery process or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product may be returned within 14 days of purchase (invoice date) and a replacement organised or a full refund less delivery charges.

Sold Out Products:

If an item you selected is Out of Stock, we will send you an email with an estimated time of arrival, or discuss with you an alternative product.

Delivery:

Goods sold by My Keiko are shipped via Australia Post to all areas of Australia. Delivery times vary area to area. It is expected that your goods will arrive between 2-7 business days.

Regular Post:
Flat rate of $8.50

My Keiko also offers Express Post delivery:
Flat rate of $10.50

FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail and expected delivery is 3-14 business days depending on which country you are in. Please contact us via email for shipping prices and delivery times to your destination before checkout

No deliveries are made on Public Holidays - orders will be delivered either the working day prior or after.

All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm Mon-Thurs are shipped the following morning. All orders place after 1pm Friday or over the weekend are shipped Monday morning.

  1. Gift Vouchers:
  2. All My Keiko gift vouchers which are identified by an expiry date, are non refundable and not exchangable/redeemable for cash.

My Keiko gift vouchers are non refundable in whole or in part.

  1. After a gift voucher has expired it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of My Keiko.

The expiry date is clearly displayed on all gift vouchers.

  1. Gift Vouchers are sent via regular post Free of Charge.

If however you would like a gift voucher to be sent via Express Post a $5.00 fee will be charged.
